These Terms & Conditions govern wholesale and OEM/ODM purchase transactions between Zhanjiang Jiali Glove Products Co., Ltd. (“Jiali”) and business buyers (“Buyer”) on www.jialigloves.com. By requesting a quotation, ordering samples or placing an order, the Buyer accepts these terms.
Quotations & pricing
- All prices are quoted per specification (material, gram weight, size run, packaging) and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on the quotation.
- Listed products show “Price on request” because export pricing follows raw-material markets; a formal proforma invoice (PI) is the binding price document.
MOQ & ordering
- Standard MOQ: one 20′ GP container per specification (approx. 144,000–324,000 pairs depending on glove type and gram weight).
- Orders become binding when both parties sign the PI or the Buyer confirms the PI and the deposit is received.
Samples
Existing stock samples are free; the Buyer pays courier freight. Custom samples (own formula, colour, imprint) are produced in 3–5 working days after specification confirmation; custom sample costs are credited against the first bulk order when it is placed.
Payment
- Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment against B/L copy. irrevocable L/C at sight accepted for established customers.
- Production starts after the deposit clears. Delays in payment extend the delivery date accordingly.
Lead time & delivery
Typical production lead time is 25–40 days after deposit and pre-production sample confirmation, stated on each PI. Delivery terms are quoted per PI as FOB Zhanjiang, CIF or CFR named port, or DDP where arranged.
Quality, inspection & claims
- Products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and inspected to AQL 1.5 (pinhole) / AQL 4.0 (cosmetic) per ISO 2859-1.
- Inspection claims must be raised in writing within 30 days of arrival at destination port, with photographs, quantity records and, for medical-grade lines, batch numbers.
OEM / private-label IP
Buyer-supplied artwork, trademarks and packaging designs are used only for that Buyer’s orders; the Buyer warrants it holds the rights. Jiali’s tooling, formulas and moulds remain Jiali’s property.
Liability & force majeure
Jiali’s total liability for any claim is limited to the price of the defective goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Force majeure (including government orders, port closures, epidemics, raw-material supply interruption) extends delivery dates without penalty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes shall be settled by friendly negotiation or, failing that, CIETAC arbitration in Shenzhen. This English text and the Chinese text shall be interpreted consistently; where they differ on tax or customs matters, the Chinese text prevails.
