Jiali manufactures disposable examination gloves in nitrile and latex — powder-free and powdered — for clinics, hospitals, dental offices, veterinary and EMS use, from our own factory since 1998. Both lines are AQL 1.5, CE Category II certified through CTC France (Notified Body 0075) and compliant with EN ISO 374-5:2016 (micro-organism barrier) and EN ISO 21420:2020. Our nitrile exam gloves are registered under FDA 510(k) K072145.

Q: Are your examination gloves FDA cleared?
A: Our nitrile examination gloves are registered under FDA 510(k) K072145; certificate documentation is published on the certifications page.
Q: Powder-free or powdered — which should distributors stock?
A: Powder-free is the global default — absorbable powder was banned in the US (FDA, 2016) and powders are being phased out in healthcare. See powder-free vs powdered.
Q: What does AQL 1.5 mean for my order?
A: AQL 1.5 limits the acceptable number of defects (pinholes, tears) per inspection batch — the standard quality level for examination gloves; the sampling table is in our standards guide.
