Jiali Gloves is a B2B manufacturer; goods are made to order and sold in container quantities. This policy sets out how quality claims, returns and refunds are handled, fairly and in writing.
Acceptable quality standard
Every batch is inspected to AQL 1.5 (pinhole) / AQL 4.0 (cosmetic) per ISO 2859-1 before shipment. Rejected rates beyond AQL are corrected before dispatch; inspection records accompany each batch.
Raising a quality claim
- Submit in writing to sales@jialigloves.com within 30 days of arrival at destination port.
- Include: invoice/PI number, batch numbers, photographs or video of the defect, affected quantity, and the inspection finding if a third-party inspection was used.
- We acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve within 15 working days of receiving complete evidence.
Remedies
If a claim is validated, at Jiali’s option and depending on severity: replacement goods in the next shipment, credit note against a future order, or refund of the defective portion. Refunds are made via the original payment channel within 30 days of resolution.
What is not returnable
- Custom OEM / private-label goods (own formula, colour, size run, printed packaging) — these cannot be resold and are not returnable once production is confirmed, except for validated quality defects.
- Short-dated or opened cartons, or damage caused after arrival (improper storage, misuse).
Wrong-item or short-shipment claims
Report within 14 days of container discharge with the packing list, carton counts and photographs. Verified shortages are shipped free in the next consignment or credited.
Transit damage
Under FOB/CIF terms the carrier bears transit risk; we assist the Buyer with claim documentation (B/L, survey reports). Under DDP, Jiali carries the transit risk and replaces damaged cartons directly.
