Jiali Gloves ships container-load and LCL consignments worldwide from its Zhanjiang factory (Mazhang District, Zhanjiang, Guangdong — 15 km from Zhanjiang Port, 5 km from the airport). This policy explains lead times, delivery terms, packaging and export documentation.
Lead times
- Stocked standard items: 7–15 days after deposit.
- Made-to-order / OEM: 25–40 days after pre-production sample confirmation, stated on the PI.
- Sea freight transit (indicative): Southeast Asia 5–10 days, Middle East 12–18 days, Europe 28–35 days, US West Coast 18–24 days, US East Coast 30–38 days (varies by carrier and transhipment).
Delivery terms
Standard quotation is FOB Zhanjiang. CIF / CFR to the Buyer’s named port and DDP (door, incl. duty & clearance) are available on request — DDP is quoted per lane and country.
Packaging
- Standard export packing: retail polybag / header-card / dispenser box per Buyer spec, packed in 5-ply export master cartons, palletised or loose-loaded per container plan.
- Container loading (reference): 20′ GP holds approx. 240,000 pairs of 35 g household gloves; 192,000 pairs of 50 g; 156,000 pairs of 65 g — exact figures are confirmed per model on the PI.
Export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (CO / Form E / Form B as applicable), fumigation-free declaration for wooden pallets, and product compliance documents (CE EU-type certificate with Notified Body number, FDA 510(k) clearance K072145 for examination gloves, inspection reports) supplied per order. Additional certificates on request.
